LODGING RESERVATIONSAt your earliest convenience, please contact the Kingsmill Resort (800) 832-5665 or at to make lodging reservations.  Please reference conference # 6AX8LUto receive Academy discounted pricing. All room prices are on a per night basis plus taxes and fees.

MEALSBreakfast and lunch will be provided for all attendees.  Teachers will present a brief introduction of themselves at each lunch period; to leave evenings open for more stitching.

EVENING PROGRAMSEvenings, this year, will be more casual and relaxed – leaving plenty of time for stitching.  Friday and Saturday night will be “Show and Share;” please feel free to bring one project to show, encourage, and inspire the group.  Final preparations are being made for two brief evening programs to give the conference attendees an exposure or “taste” of our historic Colonial Williamsburg.  Stay tuned for more information.

HAND QUILTING FOR OUR TROOPSThere will be (2) quilts in quilting frames, available 24/7 during the conference for hand quilting.  Please consider spending a short amount of time supporting and paying homage to our troops by quilting on these donation quilts.  If you are an experienced quilter, a novice, or want to learn . . . all are welcome.  When completed, the quilts will be donated to QUILTS OF HONOR.

TRANSPORTATIONFor those flying to the event – Richmond, Norfolk and Newport News airports are the closest.  May we help you make transportation reservations from the airport to Kingsmill Resort?

If so, please email
