Class Description: Taught by Nancy Kerns email: nancykerns@comcast.netThis is a rare, antique reproduction block, drafted by Nancy. The original is in the Elizabeth MacCullough Hervey quilt. In class we will cover precise placement using the clear transparency overlay, reverse appliqué, large circle framing with whole fabric or bias, lining light colored appliqué, inking details and off block unit construction. The complete quilt pattern set, produced by the BAS, will be offered for sale for $50 plus tax. Most reproduction pattern sets have no numbering or instructions.
